It’s that time of year again! Time for the music and mayhem of SXSW and i can’t wait to party with you guys once again! My new mix is finally up as a FREE DOWNLOAD for everyone to enjoy! I’m so excited to be dropping this mix; it premiered just this past week on WiLD 105.7 FM Atalnta and Triple J’s Mix Up down in Australia. Prototype Radio, a new series that WiLD FM is starting, is a big venture into the electronic realm, and I’m honored to say that I will be holding a residency through Prototype, bringing you guys mixes from myself as well as music and interviews with some of my favorite artists. Make sure you tune in to the future episodes (every saturday at 2AM EST) to see when I’ll be around and what I’ll be cooking up next.

Hello everyone! My first release of 2012 is officially out today on ALWAYS NEVER Records and I’m so excited to finally share it with you guys. It’s called “The Light” and it’s full of disco goodness for your ears. This release has been a long time coming, as I’m sure many of you recognize the track from my Bulletproof Tiger mixtapes and my sets. I had a really great time making it, I love digging into the old-school disco vocals and putting my spin on it for the dancefloor. Danceable indie-disco grooves with and eerie twist… just how I like it!

Le Castle Vania – The Light

Happy 2012 everyone! It’s been an awesome start to the year for me; I just locked down my new place in Hollywood and am out here finishing up tracks for my full length album. It’s been really fun banging out tunes in the studio, I can’t wait to show you all who I am collaborating with! In other news, right around the holidays last month my remix for Kaskade’s “Turn It Down” was finally released on Ultra Records!!!!!! This was truly one of my favorite remixes to date, it was an honor and a pleasure remixing Kaskade who is such a legend in the dance scene. I am still so shocked with the huge positive response I’ve gotten on it so far, it means a lot that everyone is having as much of a good time listening to it as I had making it!

Quick heads up, just wanted to let everybody know my remix for Split & Jaxta – “Roulette” comes out today on my record label, Always Never. These guys are all the way from Tel Aviv in Israel! I’m excited to have them be a part of Always Never, the influences they get from their home town put a cool spin on their electro style. I had a lot of fun remixing the track, which I am officially dubbing as a new genre: WIZARD METAL! The energy is crazy and I had a blast rockin’ to the vibe in the track. Go check out the release on Beatport here and iTunes here., which also has three more dope remixes from UK electro dudes Freefire, dubstep/drumstep homies Terravita, and of course the European talent of the release, Neus. It’s been three weeks but I’m still reeling from the awesomeness of Escape From Wonderland! I had such a fantastic time out in San Bernardino, Insomniac always knows how to put on a show and it’s really cool to have been a part of their first Halloween festival. My friend Mr. 650tv came along for the show after getting back from touring with Steve Aoki, and I’m so amped on the video he captured for the night. The energy of the tent was so expansive and I can honestly say it’s what makes me love what I do so much. To everyone who came and rocked out with me, and to everyone at Insomniac who helped make the night what it was, thank you so much! And big ups to my girls Nervo for saying such nice things ;P

I am so stoked to announce my return to Australia this weekend! I’ve been waiting to come back for a long time, I can’t wait to party with you guys! Last time I came over I had the best time EVER! Australia is one of the coolest places I’ve travelled to. Even though I’m so far from the states, I feel right at home. I’ve got four shows coming up down there and for all of you getting your summer party pants on I hope you can join me! My dates are posted on the artwork above and of course on the Gigs page, so Australia I will be seeing you veeery soon! I’m super excited!

I also have to give a HUGE shout out to all of you that have been supporting my remix of Kaskade’s “Turn It Down”!! I truly appreciate all the amazing feedback I’ve gotten on it, I’m so glad you like it! It was a huge honor to remix Kaskade, his record is awesome and I loved being able to put my spin on one of his tracks! It will be released soon, hold tight! Hey guys, quick little update in my world, I’ve been insanely busy on tour and in the studio but I’m long overdue for an update so here we go! I’m in the middle of the Meowington Hax tour with Deadmau5, I’ve been doing a few dates with him alongside Feed Me and others and it has been, to say the least, a BLAST. Deadmau5 is an awesome dude with an incredible show in the works and I am stoked to be a part of it. If any of you have come out to party with me for the shows that I’ve done, thank you so much for rocking out with me! Whether this was your first time or not, the energy and love I saw on stage was so amazing. I do it all for every single one of you, and it puts a big smile on my face to see you all having a great time.

Of course, if you’ve been to any of my recent shows you’ve heard me play out the brand new remix that just dropped, my take on John Lord Fonda‘s “Sound of a Melody.” The original is pretty big room but gave me a lot of cool synths to work with, and I’m pretty happy with the result! It’s gone over so well at my shows, I hear a few of my friends like Designer Drugs and others have been playing it too, which is cool. It’s out on Citizen Records right now, you can pick it up at either of the links below.

Hey guys I’m extremely excited to announce the release of the Awake Remixes which is out now on my record label Always Never Records! The EP features features some killer new takes on my recent single Awake by some of my good homies. There are two Electro mixes one by South Central and one by Freefire (Who will soon have a release out on Alway Never as well) a Drum’n Bass monster by my long time friends Evol Intent and a Dubstep banger by my homie J.Rabbit (Who you might remember from one of the previous Always Never releases. Hey party people, just wanted to make a quick announcement that I am finally back from what can only be described as a wild, amazing, and memory filled few weeks on board the Identity Tour. I am so happy that I was fortunate enough to be a part of the whole thing with such a great and talented spread of DJs. As you know, ID Fest was the first electronic music tour of its kind, and playing each and every show across the nation was a pleasure and an honor. My friends at Skullcandy did an awesome job helping put it all together! It was an immensely successful experience, and I give big thanks to everyone who helped make it possible.

It’s awesome that I got to play with so many artists I know and respect, and as we banded together to tour the nation it’s nice to see the family that this festival has created. I have to give an especially big shout out to my homie and bus-mate Datsik. We had an awesome and crazy time on that bus, and who knows maybe you’ll see some tunes come from this new found bro-mance!

I have to thank all of you guys who came out to see me, you guys rule and every single one of you that was out there rockin it and keeping the energy so high make me feel so lucky! I hope you guys have been enjoying the new tunes, I’ve got a lot coming up for y’all so stay tuned through my Facebook, Twitter, and through my label Always Never for updates!
