If you’ve been following me on Twitter or Facebook you already know i’ve been pretty excited to drop my first ever publicly available mixtape and now the time has come to set her loose! I have had quite a few friends and fans ask me for mixtapes over the years but few of them were as excited (and persistent) as my good friend Nicky Digital so it only seemed natural that the release of my maiden mixtape be curated in collaboration with his site, the New York based premier web destination for all things nightlife (music, parties, fashion, debauchery). Though this is a pretty big deal for me i decided not to over think it too much and just selected a few tracks from my discography including some of my older works as well as some brand new stuff that has yet to be released. i’ve also included some newer works from a few of my friends and some very exclusive edits that i’ve done which can only be heard in this mix and at my live shows! Any way with out any further ado here is a FREE full 320 bitrate MP3 download of the nearly an hour and half long mixtape. enjoy!

As many of you who follow My Twitter or My Facebook might know, BLOW UP, a party in San Francisco California hosted by two of my dearest friends Jeffrey and Ava was one of my absolute FAVORITE parties to DJ at in the world! Sadly i recently received the heart breaking news that this legendary weekly party has come to an end. It seems the venue ran into some issues with the the law and the BLOW UP crew were unable to find another suitable venue that could deliver all the elements that they felt were needed to keep this party alive with the intensity of energy and amazing vibes that it has been know for for so long.

I just thought it would be cool to share this tribute video with every one. there’s some pretty cool footage of me DJing (the opening shot) there are also some pretty funny pictures of me in there and a slew of other great DJs make appearances in the video as well!

Also here is a video from a few months back of my most recent appearance at BLOW UP.

Any way just for the record I have a sneaky suspicion that this is not truly the end of the BLOW UP legacy but perhaps just the closing of a chapter. I have full confidence that the BLOW UP team will be back with something newer, fresher, and even more amazing in due time. In what form I do not know… I guess we’ll just have to wait and see for now.
